This Victra Return Policy is for all purchases placed directly from accessories.victra.com. This policy does not apply to purchases made on accessories.victra.com, in Victra retail stores, or from any other retailer.
What qualifies for a Return & Refund?
You may start your equipment return request within 14 days from the shipping date (hereafter “14-day Return Period”) for a full refund, less any applicable restocking fees.
All returns require sending back the product in its original packaging and must include all components (manual, cables, adapters, etc) to qualify for a refund. A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will apply. There is no restocking fee for defective equipment. After the 14-day Return Period, returns will not be accepted.
Product Return Process
To begin the process login to the order history page, identify your order, and click on the”Request Return/Refund” button.
What happens next:
- The Consumer Response Team will review your request using the information provided.
- Once reviewed and confirmed, the Consumer Response Team will email you a return number and a shipping label (.pdf format) to return the product.
- Please ensure you use the original box and include all components and manuals, place them in a box, and apply the shipping label provided.
- Your return request is valid for 14 days from the date the shipping label is issued.
- Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days. Once we have validated that all components are included, a credit will be issued to the original payment method. Credit may take up to 10 business days to show up on your credit card.
- If the product is not received in "like-new" condition, or any components are missing, your return may not be accepted.
